the famous Millau viaduct, and a stop at the Templar
village of Couvertoirade (photo taken during a trip
in April) and steep yourself in history. Or a trip
to the many winter exhibitions and festivals –
such as those shown below, the annual International
Fair in Montpellier, the Chocolate Festival in Béziers
where artisan chocolate makers show their skills,
or the large Christmas market in Montpellier which
runs from the begining of December until December 30.
Of
course, there are thousands of other places to
