TERMS
AND CONDITIONS The following apply to all holiday
reservations with Domaine de Beaumont
Accommodation
2
bedroom villa for 4 people
Comprising living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher,
oven, microwave, fridge, electric hob…), bathroom,
separate WC, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bedroom
with 2 single beds, private garden with table, chairs,
sun bed and barbecue.
3
bedroom villa for 6 people
Comprising living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher,
oven, microwave, fridge, electric hob…), bathroom,
1 or 2 separate WC(s), 1 bedroom with double bed, 2
bedroom with 2 single beds each, private garden with
table, chairs, sun bed and barbecue.
Children’s cots are available on request.
Reservation
and Payment
Bookings are accepted for 1 week minimum, Saturday
to Saturday.
A deposit of 30% of the holiday cost is required to
reserve a holiday. The balance is due 90 days before
arrival. Where holidays of two weeks or more are booked,
then a discount of 5% will be given for each week after
the first week.
If payment is received in full at the time of booking
then a further discount of 2% is given on the total
cost of the holiday. This offer is available only for
bookings made before March 14 2009.
Cancellation
In the case where the holiday is cancelled at least
8 weeks before the holiday, Domaine de Beaumont will
reimburse 70% of the amount paid.
In the case where the
holiday is cancelled between 8 weeks and 6 weeks before
the holiday, Domaine de Beaumont will reimburse 50%
of the amount paid.
No reimbursement is possible if the holiday is cancelled
less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
To help prevent
any loss in case of the need to cancel the holiday, guests
are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.
Breakage
Deposit
The sum
of 250 €, in cash, is required upon arrival as
a deposit against breakages. This will be returned,
in cash, on departure after confirmation of no breakages
and the villa being left in a clean and tidy condition.
Taxe
de Séjour
The town of Agde levy a tax on all visitors over the
age of 13. The tax for 2009 has not yet been fixed,
but as a reference the tax for 2008 was 90 cents per
person per day. The tax, once fixed, is payable on arrival.
Linen
We can supply
all the necessary linen during your stay, bed linen,
towels and tea towels, at a supplementary cost of 19
euros per person. This is payable on arrival. Bed linen
for the cot is supplied free on request.
Laundry
A washing machine, close to your villa on the domain,
is available for your use. The charge is 4 € per
wash.
Supplementary
Services
We offer services of the domain to all guests; restaurant,
bakery delivery service, play area supervision and cleaning
service. These services are not included in the price
of the holiday and are paid for independently, if and
when used.
Animals
Unfortunately pets are not allowed on the domain.
Safety
by the Pools
Domaine de Beaumont have taken measures to ensure that
the pools comply with the strict French legislation
on pool safety.
However, guests must understand that they are fully
responsible for any accident that could happen in the
pool areas used by themselves and their children.
Care must be taken at all times and under no circumstances
must children be left unattended in the pool area.
Vehicle
Safety
Domaine
de Beaumont cannot be held responsible for any accident
involving vehicles being driven or parked on the domain.
Legal
Matters
Should problems arise we
always try to resolve them immediately, in an amicable
way. In the unlikely event that problems cannot be resolved
and there is a need to resort to the law, then French
Law will be applied. The County Court in Béziers
is the appointed court for adjudication.
